Policy and shipping information

Payment may be made through Paypal, Visa, or MasterCard.

   
Shipping

We normally ship orders within 72 hours of receipt.  Wedding Accessories
and personalized items may take longer.
*  We will notify you by email if we
anticipate any delays. Most orders will arrive within 4-8 business days of shipment.

Our standard shipping is Priority Mail for most items. Wedding
Accessories are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise indicated.


We currently do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States.

If you prefer not to order online, please contact us by email,
and we will be happy to make other arrangements.

Shipping and handling within the Continental United States:

Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart, which is tied to the UPS terminal. Shipping is based on the option that you choose, the weight of your order, and the location that it ships to. You may calculate shipping charges during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective or damaged products may be returned for exchange or refund within
14 days of receipt.  Unused items in their original packaging may be returned
for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Food, personalized items, books, candles, and CD's cannot be returned for any reason.

Fuzzi Bunz returns:  The manufacturer will replace products if a snap breaks within a year of purchase, or if any of the diaper comes un-sewn within 90 days.  We will not replace products for repellency issues, staining issues, or customer dissatisfaction issues (other than workmanship).

The manufacturer will need the product back in order to replace the defective item.  Diapers will no longer be replaced sight unseen.

The Procedure for returns will be as follows:  Call (479.631.3800) or email (see below) us for your Return Merchandise Authorization.  Ship your items and your purchase receipt (shipment invoice or email received from us or PayPal, showing what you purchased) back to us at 14551 Vinda Drive, Rogers, AR 72758.  Make sure all your contact information (name, phone, email, address) is included in your package.  After seeing the product is actually damaged, we will be authorized to complete the return with the manufacturer.

All returns must be pre-authorized.
